Moncloa

UI/UX project for the redesign of Moncloa, a premium tea brand. The challenge was to transform a visually cluttered and disorganized interface into a minimalist, elegant, and functional experience, aligned with the brand’s sophisticated positioning.
The redesign of Moncloa’s e-commerce had the primary goal of repositioning the brand’s digital experience, which previously featured a visually cluttered interface, weak hierarchical structure, and confusing navigation that compromised the user journey. As a premium brand focused on a demanding, high–purchasing-power audience, it was essential to create a digital atmosphere aligned with its sensory and sophisticated proposition. The solution was to adopt a minimalist visual approach, centered on black and neutral tones, eliminating visual noise and prioritizing information clarity. The purchase flow was simplified, products were given greater prominence, and the navigation was reorganized to facilitate item and category discovery. The result is a refined experience focused on aesthetics, performance, and conversion—enhancing both the brand and consumer behavior.
